E-mail Importing

GameCP can connect to your e-mail server to import unread e-mails as support tickets.

How do I setup IMAP/Pipe E-mail Tickets?

GameCP can read your email for trouble tickets.

Configure IMAP

Requires php-imap support

• Login to GameCP
• Goto Settings > Email
• Locate IMAP Server Settings

Google Example

• IMAP Server = imap.gmail.com
• IMAP Port = 993
• Auth Type = SSL
• IMAP User = user@mail
• IMAP Password = pass
• Delete Read Mail =no

Running imap.php

• Using 'cmd' or 'ssh'
• Browse to includes/cron
• Run imap.php

cd /path/to/includes/cron
php imap.php

Run this on cron every 5-8 minutes

Configure Pipe

• Append /path/to/includes/core/classes/email/pipe.php to your mail
