Requirements

TO use Teamspeak 3 in GameCP requires:

• A valid GameCP license
• A valid Teamspeak 3 license

Installing Teamspeak 3

1. Download the Teamspeak 3 server for your OS
2. Extract the archive to where you want it installed
3. Run the program, ie 'ts3server_win32.exe'
4. Login to GameCP
5. Navigate to Manage Machines
6. Edit the machine you installed TS3 to
7. Goto the Features Tab
8. Set TeamSpeak 3 Server Host to Yes
9. Click Edit Machine
10. Close the pop-in & edit the machine again
11. Goto the Features Tab
12. Insert the information:

TeamSpeak Superadmin Username: serveradmin
TeamSpeak Superadmin Password: the password given when you first start 'ts3server_win32.exe'

Teamspeak did not report back with an id, install failed.

Using the FREE TEAMSPEAK 3 version?

GameCP can manage the 1 free ts3 server but you must first REMOVE the existing server!

Remove server with telnet

• Login to your server via TELNET on port 10011
• Type the following with your info

login serveradmin thepassword

• Stop & Delete the server

serverstop sid=1
serverdelete sid=1

You will now be able to add 1 20 player server free of charge for each machine with ts3.

Remove server with GameCP

• Login to GamecP
• Goto Manage Machines
• Locate the 'ts' icon for the machine - click it
• You'll now have an admin panel - remove the unwanted server (sid of 1)
